Children are welcome. However, the venue has an open lake and dock with strict safety policies. Children are not allowed on the dock or near the water unsupervised by an adult. If you cannot commit to keeping a close eye on young children, we ask that you find childcare outside of the venue.

The grounds are accessible from multiple points and there is an ADA accessible restroom. Grassy areas may be uneven.

Be comfortable! If you would like to use this as an excuse to get fancy, get fancy. If you are more comfortable in more casual clothes, you do you.

In true Hobbit style, a large grazing board will be provided so you will be able to select what most resonates with your snacking needs. Due to multiple allergies across friends and family, this grazing board will be nut free.

Parking will be tight for the amount of guests we expect. If possible, we suggest you carpool.

There is a small smoking and vaping section at the front of the venue. The use of THC and other drugs is prohibited.
